QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

1. Dy. GENERAL MANAGER (Vig.) - MA (Public Admn.)/ MBA (HR) or equivalent with 55% marks (Desirable: 60%). 10 years experience of working at Officer level in a Govt/PSU/Organisation,out of which 4 to 5 years should be in managerial position(equal to E-2 level of SFCI) in Vigilance Department of a Government Office/ PSU/ Organization. Should be well versed in all aspects of Vigilance including its monitoring/ reporting system applicable to PSUs and applicable laws/ Manuals. Those working in PSU/Govt. should have 2 years experience in the next below scale i.e. Rs. 24,900-50,500/- or 4 to 5 years experience in the scale of Rs. 20,600-46,500/- and above or equivalent in related field.

2. ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (MARKETING)
B.Sc. (Agri.) plus MBA (Mktg.)/ (Agri. Business Management) OR M.Sc. (Agri.) from a University/Institution with 55% marks (Desirable: 60%). 8 years post qualification experience of working in Agri/Seeds/Fertilizers & allied organizations of repute handling marketing functions, out of which 4 years should be in a managerial position (equivalent to E-1 level of SFCI) in Agri/Seeds/Fertilizers &allied organizations. Those working in PSUs/Government should have 2 years experience in next below scale i.e. 20,600-46,500/- OR 5 years experience in the scale of Rs.16,400-40,500 and above, or equivalent in related field.

3. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (HRM)


MBA or equivalent in Personnel/HR/IR Management (full time course) from recognized University/ Institution with 60% marks (55% for SC post).


4. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (PRODUCTION)

B.Sc. (Agri.) plus MBA (Agri.) OR M.Sc. (Agronomy/ Seed Production/ Seed Technology/ Plant Breeding & Genetics/ Entomology/ Plant Pathology/ Botany) from recognized University/ Institution with 60% marks (55% for SC/ ST post).

5. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (ENGG.)

BE/ B.Tech. (Agri. Engg.) from recognized University/ Institution with 60% marks. (55% for ST post) with knowledge of Farm Machinery & Power/ Soil & Water Conservation Engineering/ Seed Processing/ Irrigation and Civil work.

6. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (Civil Engg.)

BE/ B.Tech (Civil Engg.)/ AMIE (Civil) from recognized University/ Institution with 60% marks. (55% for SC post).

7. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (FINANCE)

CA/ ICWA/MBA (Finance) from recognized University/ Institution with 60% marks. (55% marks in MBA (Finance) for ST post).

8. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (LEGAL)

Professional degree in Law from recognized University/ Institution with minimum of 55% marks.
Terms & conditions for Management Trainees:-

On successful completion of training period of one year and satisfactory performance during the training and personal interview, the trainees may be considered for absorption as Assistant Manager in respective discipline in the scale of Pay of Rs. 16400-40500/-. Selected candidates have to execute a bond of surety for Rs. 80,000/-(Rs. 20,000/- for SC/ST) to the Corporation on non judicial stamp paper of Rs. 50/- to serve the company for a minimum period of three (3) years after successful completion of training on absorption. Trainees not absorbed by the Corporation will be given a certificate on completion of training without any obligation on the part of Corporation for future absorption.
GENERAL

Application Form may be downloaded from SFCI’s website i.e. www.sfci.nic.in Application complete in all respects along with attested copies of Certificates/ Testimonials should be sent to the Chief Administrative Officer at the above mentioned address by post/courier on or before 21 days from the date of advertisement appearing in the Employment News i.e.   14 July’2011. Applications received after the last date, incomplete or without the required documents/ information will not be considered.
Applications should be sent through proper channel in case the candidates working in Government Department/ PSUs/ Autonomous bodies. While forwarding the application, it may be verified by the Department/ PSU concerned that the particulars furnished by the candidates are correct and no vigilance/ disciplinary case is pending against him/ her. The candidates belonging to General and OBC category are requested to enclose DD/ Banker’s Cheque of Rs. 100/- in favour of State Farms Corporation of India Limited payable at State Bank of India, New Delhi towards application fees. SC/ ST/ Female/Physically challenged candidates are exempted from application fee. One self attested photograph must be pasted on the space provided in the application form.
No TA/ DA will be payable for attending the interview.

There will be no age/percentage bar for departmental candidates who otherwise meet the prescribed qualifications and experience.
Canvassing in any form or in bringing any influence (applicable or otherwise) will render rejection of application without notice. No routine queries/ correspondence regarding any individual application will be entertained. Persons claiming age relaxation should submit attested copies of appropriate certificates along with the application.
In case of OBC, the Caste Certificate inter alia must specify that the candidate does not belong to ‘creamy layer’. OBC (NCL) Certificate must be valid one and should be issued on or after 1st January, 2011.
Candidates must possess required qualification and experience as on the last date of receipt of application.
Mere fulfillment of eligibility criteria/ norms does not entitle a candidate to be called for test/ interview. Management reserves the right to reject the application without assigning any reason and to raise standard of specifications to restrict the number of candidates to be called for test/ interview. The posts can be increased/decreased at the discretion of management. The recruitment process can be cancelled/ suspended/ terminated without assigning any reason. The decision of Management will be final and no appeal will be entertained.
Candidates should super scribe the name and Sr. No. of the post applied for on the envelope.
Only those candidates who are shortlisted for appearing in the personal interview will be intimated at the communication address furnished by them in the application form.
